Kombucha convertion tables is a great help to when I don’t want to make a full jar of kombucha. Perhaps you want to feed your SCOBY with just a little bit of sweet tea but all the recipes are for a big batch of kombucha. Here’s a table to follow (esp. for us europeans who don’t use cups and measurements like that.

The ratios used in the first table should always be used, whether you’re making your first SCOBY from scratch, first fermentaition, or if you’re simply feeding or adding sweet tea to a spare SCOBY! I tend to keep a small glass jar with about 3-4 dl just to be able to kickstart a new brew should the primary one get moldy or something similar. A backup is always a good idea!
